Carpet Cleaning
Our professional approach to carpet cleaning assures you of truly clean results. We use a 3 step process using Releasit products and the best quality carpet cleaning machines. Watch our video below to see the products and machines in use.
The first step is to remove the dry soil that in embedded into the carpet fibres. Failing to do this is likely the most common mistake made by amateur cleaners. If not done, adding the liquid cleaning chemicals only creates mud and simply adds to the dirt problem.
We use a slow North/South and East/West vacuuming approach to ensure as much dry soil as possible is removed.
Step 2 is the application of the Releasit chemical detergents to emulsify the soil and hold it in a suspended state which can be more readily removed during the third phase.
Step 3 is the actual scrubbing of the carpet. Again, our video below shows the equipment we use. Here, the detergent is applied during a relatively fast wet pass with the scrubber followed by a slower dry pass.
Post Vacuuming picks up the crystalized residue to finalize the job. The result is a truly clean carpet that is actually resistant to future soiling.
Restroom Cleaning and Sanitation
Includes cleaning all glass, wood or metal door plates, sills. Sweep, dust mop and damp mop floors. Clean light fixtures and replace bulbs as needed.
